Stopped by just before a flight out of the island. We were limited on time, but the food came out really quick (within 15 min!) and it was sooo delicious. Couldn't even get a picture before digging in. Staff was friendly, with a nice view of the nearby park. Got two laulau orders and one saimin. Definitely recommend the Hawaiian laulau plate, and ask for the chili pepper water! So ono

We were seated pretty quickly even though it was a busy lunch hour. The nice waitress helped me order when I was being indecisive about which of the plates I wanted. I got the Laulau which they are famous for. The Pork Laulau melted in my mouth deliciously. The KG Fried Rice was ok not bad not great. The Mac & Potato salad was really good. I regret not having more room to order more. Good experience, 10/10 would come back.

We've dined here 4 times now - its where our local friends took us to eat, we liked it so much we kept coming back. friendly service, reasonable prices and tasty food. The saimin - yum. the broth is very good, and of course they serve with mustard which you can mix in with your soup. The fish we had was cooked right and seasoned well. The lau-lau so yummy. The Kuhio Grill fried rice comes with spam, which we like, and is a very hearty serving. If you want to eat where locals eat, try this spot.

A very nice place with a good selection of traditional Hawaiian food. I ordered the famous pepper water and the Hawaiian lau lau, and it was delicious! The pork in the leaf was so tender and flavorful, and the leaf was perfectly steamed. The staff was very kind and friendly, explaining what was on the plate and how lau lau is traditionally eaten.
